CAR AUDIO: Help me choose the amps for my Kicker L7 sub woofer ...?

Kicker S12L7 12" 1500 Watt L7 Subwoofer Dual 4 Ohm (08S12L74)

Power Handling:
Peak: 1500 watts
RMS: 750 watts

My choice of class D amps are ;

Kenwood KAC-9105D

RMS Power @ 4 ohms500 watts x 1 channel
RMS Power @ 2 ohms900 watts x 1 channel

MTX RFL 1200D

Power Specifications
RMS Power @ 4 ohms400 watts x 1 channel
RMS Power @ 2 ohms800 watts x 1 channel
RMS Power @ 1 ohm1200 watts x 1 channel


Kicker
RMS Power Rating (14.4V):
4 ohms: 375 watts x 1 chan.
2 ohms: 750 watts x 1 chan.

Hifonics HFi1000.1D

RMS Power Rating:
4 ohms: 475 watts x 1 chan.
2 ohms: 750 watts x 1 chan.

With one of the above I am planning to hook up the sub @ 2 ohms... Help me choose the best one plss..
