I had acute bronchitis, it was viral because the antibiotics didn't work, its been going on about six weeks now that I have been congested and coughing, I know bronchitis takes a long time to get better and just in the last week has my cough become productive, but still, my throat is very sore from all this coughing. Can you have walking pneumonia even if you are coughing stuff up? Should I wait it out a little longer or go back to the doctor? I am not running a fever anymore, just coughing and very tired.
