Can i get a new phone while still under contract with T-Mobile?

Hello all,
I've had my Rose Behold for a year now, It has some glitches to it and will turn off at random times. I'm starting to get really sick of it, and am considering getting a new phone. The only problem is I'm still under contract with my Behold until next June, of 2011. Is there anyway i could purchase a different T-Mobile phone off of Ebay, or Craigslist and switch to that phone before my contract ends?

You can get the phone from T-Mobile, but your contract will be extended another 2 years. None of your current services will change though, you'll have the same phone number.

Yes you can. If you buy it from T-mobile you will have to pay full price so there will be no contract. You also have th eoption to purchase one from eBay or other such websites. Make sure it is a T-mobile device or an unlocked GSM device if you purchase one from the web
