Best torrent website to use?

Okay now I guess I shouldn't probably ask here but, what is the best torrent site to download films and tv shows which I can then transfer to my iPad! Gotta 12 hour bus journey in a few days n want some films n shows to watch, but when ever I download them they won't transfer to my iTunes account any help massively appreciated!
Will the format show in the torrent file?
