So my ISP blocks torrent due to bandwidth consumption, they also don't allow vpn. This means that I can't download torrent files.
I have been able to download torrents via www.zbigz.com, which downloads the file to their server and then gives me a link to download. It is a good service but I can't seed downloaded files nor can I upload my own files.
So is there any website or software that will allow me to download torrent as well as seed and upload torrent using http protocol.
