Audiophile stereo into non audiophile truck?

I have a 2003 F-150 STX and it had a really bad stereo so I decided to change it for an audiophile 6 cd stereo I got from a friend who took it off from a 2003 Explorer. I have all 3 of the connections, but I can't get any sound from the 8pin connector (which should be the sub woofer). I don't have the factory audiophile box, so I don't know how the wiring is supposed to go. I am trying to hook it up to a Pioneer amplifier with it's own power source directly from the battery.

Short version:
I need to know how to connect an aftermarket amp and sub to the sub woofer port of an audiophile stereo. I never had the factory sub woofer box/amp.
