greasy foods? Ive been eating a lot more healthy foods (salads, fruit, etc.) and now every time I try to eat something unhealthy my stomach gets upset. Is this because I'm starting to eat better and exercise more?
You could talk to your parents or perhaps a doctor about working out a healthier food plan. While it's true, most of us just eat crap simply for the sake of convenience(I'm every bit as guilty as you are),it doesn't mean the healthy choices can't be just as easy if not easier.
