I went on my for about an hour an it said I lost 600 calories, I've been to the gym an that number just seems redonkulous, even if my home bike machine seems to have more resistance. Is there a good amount of time to spend on a bike machine? Or another way for counting calories?

Ok so Im going to learn how to ride a manual bike and my mom and dad say that its more work then a regular bike so I wanted to know if that would be just as much exercise as riding a stationary bike on intensity 8 out of 10.
When a "nutrition facts" column says that the food has 240 Calories and 50...
...Calories from fat....? Does that mean that the 50 fat calories are included in the 240 calories? Or is it in addition to those calories?
