keep it or get the title? I live in Nevada and i was renting a house to a guy and he decided to move to California but he left his motor boat in my property and its been a year since he left and hasn't came for his boat. Can i legally keep it or get a title for it? And what do i need to do?

We just moved from Hollywood where we used to boat down the channel to the Houlover island to hang out, drink and soak in the sun. Now we're in Homestead and want to go out this weekend but I'm not sure if there is anything like that down here. Any suggestions? Oh and it's a small 21' speed...
