I have tested the DVD, it's quite cool, totally self-contained (i.e. self-run), so I don't think it's an issue to remove anything bloatware (or overbackuped files from drive C)?

Hp, memorex, TDK DVD blanks don't work with Acer eRecovery.

Verizon's dsl gateway interface is screwed, I can't do any necessary configurations there, it seems that my account password is not applicable either, the displayed user name is weird, "newdsl", thats not my user name at all, what the hell is wrong with verizon.

for re-activation? wasn't a problem, after reboot, everythings back to normal, however I'm curious what's the service that controls activation, because obviously, some service in services.msc crashed or the entire service.exe was terminated because of the malware performance. I googled around...
