Just burned factory default DVD (Acer windows 7 OEM), OK to remove all the junk

files now? I mean, the eRecovery software on harddrive along with other bloatwares and those files under C:\OEM.

I have tested the DVD, it's quite cool, totally self-contained (i.e. self-run), so I don't think it's an issue to remove anything bloatware (or overbackuped files from drive C)?
