Need help creating a workout routine or schedule?

I am getting a 24 hour fitness unlimeted access membership starting tomorrow. I live in San Diego. I am 16 years old and I am 5 foot 7 and weight 150 lbs. I want to lose at least 30 to 50 pounds but maybe gain like 10 pounds in muscle or more in the next 3 to 6 months. I want to know what workout routines i should follow, and what schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc) I should go to the gym and what exactly I should do. I want lots of details and ideas of things to do. I dont know what cardiovascular work outs or any of those terms mean so please explain everything clearly. I am new to this and never have worked out a lot before except in weight training in high school. Thank you! Please help me get to my goal !!:]
