Hi it should be ok as i had a sony ericsson k810i which was originally a pay as you go with orange i had it unlocked & my "3" sim worked ok in it the only thing i had to do was get the settings for the internet & mms from the sony ericsson site as "3" said because it wasnt a "3" branded phone they couldnt help the way to get your settings would be through the nokia site ... hope this helps
