Do Sheltie make good pets!?

I had a sheltie once he lived to be 17 years old. VERY good dog. Friendly. I think you will like this breed.

all dog breeds make good pets other wise they would never have been bred in the first place. What you want to know is if that breed suits you? Ask your self how much time you have to spend with the dog. Shelties can be very timid so they have to be properly socialised as put with both dogs and people. they also require a lot of grooming. i mean at least half an our everyday.
