Do you recommend a ball python or a corn snake for a first snake pet?

corn! generally they seem sweeter, i have never been bit by a corn, but baby balls have drawn blood before. they don't grow as fast and the main reason to get a corn over a ball is that they are better eaters. they gobble a frozen mouse up right away. balls on the other hand can sometimes only want live prey or.......they can go on hunger strikes for months, this leads to a lot of money watsed on mice. you don't know if they are on strike or just being fussy. a ball also requires more complex humidity needs than a corn. get a corn for your 1st snake and you won't be sorry!!!
