Need to lose weight quick.. Any EFFECTIVE exercises?

I weigh about 160 lbs. about "5,7" I need to lose about 10 to 15 pounds. Please help me out..
 
I would suggest u need to workout, like go to the gym near your living in,for beginners use the machine workout for like:

30 mins = Maintain a Good Health
1 Hr = No Weight Gain
1 Hr and 30mins = Lose Weight~

And After working out, be sure not to treat yourself like burger king or wendys cause all ur hardwork will go to a waste.
