My iPod Nano chromatic (when I went to charge it) I received a message it could not be downloaded correctly and when I went to disconnect the USB correctly, my iPod has a permanent picture of the "Connected" USB port on it. I have already tried the reset buttons with the Play/pause and select and nothing happened.
Any suggestions? Please I desperately need my iPod to sleep at night and can't afford another one.
