iPhone unlocking in Canada? Will an unlocked iPhone work with a bell sim card?

that is what i was thinking as well...my thoughts are that it will operate fine seeing as it is unlocked, the problem being that some bell phones do not use sim cards

YES Bell's Blackberry Storm and World (or the non-world, same model) will work on an unlocked iPhone 2G, not sure about the 3G. Mine is a bit buggy (3G) and I'm having some issues with my mobile internet but wifi is fine. Bell is going to 3/4G about February 2010 for the Olympics then the iPhone is coming to BELL!!!!!!

Hi,

No !!!! Unlocked iPhone not works with Bell sim card . I would like to share my experience here . I used Remote unlocking method to unlock my GSM iPhone . I would like to switch to bell. But, i can't . I asked about it one of the local mobile shop. they told that GSM unlcoked phones are compatible with GSM sim cards not with CDMA networks . So, bell not works with an unlocked iPhone .
