I'm 16 years old and I live in Ohio. I have an interview next week and I wanted to be prepared. I know the Child Labor Laws say if you are under 18/ Without a high school diploma you can't work when school is in session.

There's a loophole that says if you have a child you can work during school hours or something like that.
I have a child. I'm also home schooled. In my schooling you do your work whenever you want. So when school is "in session" for other people, it isn't necessarily for me.
So my question is, would I have to subject to the laws that say I can't work during school hours?
Thanks!

And has anyone worked at Taco Bell and what was the interview process like?
Do you get a discount on food?
What should I wear?
Thanks so much!
