I'm a junior in highschool and most of my friends have been working out already at the gym, I havent really work out and I have to start until I'm 18 because I'm taking a medication right now. is 18 or 19 a good age to start? or is it a little old?

It's a little old. But they're are some things you can do, like, Jogging, push-ups, sit-ups. Just basic exercise routines. But the average age, is about 13-15 years old that most guys start lifting. Hope I helped! Good luck!

Yes 18 years is the good age to start the weight lifting and weight workouts.
Starting the weight lifting at the early age can disturb the growth.
If you are under 18 then you should avoid the weight lifting and do cardio exercise or play sports for the fitness and body strength.
