answer: There is NO "baptism" in Judaism. We have the mikveh, which is a ritual cleansing in a pool of fresh, running water (a swimming pool won't work, for example - my mikveh used to be a mountain lake).
There are rituals from birth until after death. From a bris (circumcision of an infant boy) to cleaning and caring for the body of someone deceased.
There are rituals for the Sabbath, there are rituals on holidays.
