Is smoking weed, barely eating, and sleeping too much making me lose weight?

Normally when people smoke weed they get the munchies and eat a ton...i use to be that way but lately my sober habits are interfering with my high habits and im barely eating and on top of that i sleep for wayy more than 8 hours a day, but when i do sleep i sleep for like 5 hours wake up for 3 to 6 hours then im asleep again. Yesterday i weighed 177 now im 174 thats 3 pounds in a day...help, how can i get into a healthy diet again.
 
Yes, it may well be making you lose weight, and certainly isn't healthy. Firstly, I would get help for your weed problem. and make sure you see a counselor. It is very important to eat a balanced diet. Try eating a proportioned variety of food, don't cut out foods either. To get a regular sleeping pattern, only use your bedroom to sleep in, and make sure you don't have any sugar or caffeine. Excersising is also very good, and will make you feel tired at night.
