so i'm trying to use an unlocked rogers iphone 3g, (jailbroken and unlocked using redsn0w and ultrasn0w) but when i put my telus sim card in, it says "sim failure - invalid sim". i know that it's compatible with the telus network, and i've tried re-installing ultrasn0w and restarting the iphone, but it still doesn't accept the sim card.

anyone have any ideas? any help would be greatly appreciated!

If your iPhone 3g not accept your Telus sim card and the message "Invalid sim " indicates that your iPhone 3g is still locked with your current carrier and not gets unlocked properly . So, you need to unlock your iPhone 3g in a permanent manner . For that, use Fido and Rogers Canada Apple iPhone Unlocking Service . You can get it from any of the servcie providers like SuperUnlockCodes.com to unlock your iPhone 3g . After unlocking your iPhone 3g, you can use it with Telus and any other GSM networks internationally .
