I remember this cartoon character who wears a blue suit with a mexican lucha libre mask and hes a supporting character in this cartoon series, but i cant remember the name of the character and the cartoon!! This is bothering me! Is this familiar to anyone? i cant remember if it comes on adult swim, nicktoons, or comedy central. Thanks in advance!!!
