Need info about the p90 workout?

I just started the p90 2 days ago, Finished both days, Im eating alright. I had a peice of fish, A little pasta, And a salad with carrots, broccoli, Lettuce, and a little bit of ranch dressing. But besides that point, I'm 18. 180 Lbs 6'1, Not too much muscle, Definently not as toned as i'd like to be.. But the main question is, How much do you "Think" I'll be able to lose, while maintaining a healthy diet. I know it's impossible to tell how much weight i'd lose at the end of the 90 days.. I'd just like someone to take a guess, and tell me what they think, and if you have did the p90, it's a plus. and im not talking about p90x, i'm going to do that after the p90.
