Can i Unlock my iPhone 3G running 3.1.3 with 05.14.02 baseband?

i ran OS4 for a while and it seemed slow so i downgraded back to 3.1.3 it works better again but the bad thing was the OS4 baseband version stayed with my phone i want to unlock it but i am currently running 3.1.3 FW with 05.14.02 baseband. IS THEIR ANY WAY AT ALL THAT I CAN JAILBREAK THAT DOESN'T INVOLVE BUYING ONE OR HAVING TO TAKE A STUPID SURVEY.
 
You need to Jailbreak and Unlock the I-Phone Both are must..Jailbreaking allows the i-phone to install third party applications.Unlocking remove the Network lock to use any GSM Network Sim card.You can get the Remote I-Phone Unlock service from here Ihav.net
and Unlock it...Get the Jailbreaking service from here iDownloadBlog and Jailbreak your i-phone.
