Can i Unlock my iPhone 3G running 3.1.3 with 05.14.02 baseband?

i ran OS4 for a while and it seemed slow so i downgraded back to 3.1.3 it works better again but the bad thing was the OS4 baseband version stayed with my phone i want to unlock it but i am currently running 3.1.3 FW with 05.14.02 baseband. IS THEIR ANY WAY AT ALL THAT I CAN JAILBREAK THAT DOESN'T INVOLVE BUYING ONE OR HAVING TO TAKE A STUPID SURVEY.

From Cydia i got (((((ultrasn0w))))) and i put the t-mobil sim card in and put in all the carrier info and rebooted it and it didn't work.

NOTE((((I did not have 3G turned on only data roaming))))
