There was a bill in 2008 called House Bill 2615:
"Prohibits possession of tobacco products by any person under age 18. Requires department of health to adopt penalties. Makes appropriation to DOH for youth smoking educational program."
I'm not sure if it passed, Google doesn't give me anything & i need to know for my citizenship project. Does anyone know if the bill passed or not? & Please cite your source .
