2003 Volkswagen Beetle Turbo Water pump?

I have a 2003 vw ^^ i belive its the 1.8 its 5 speed standard.. its overheating there is no leak, there is no flow back into the resevior for the antifreeze... i beleive its the water pump.. the fans turn on so its not the thermostat.. How do i fix this the easiest way myself..

please no stupid answers like take it to a shop or your ******* or something stupid.
