Currently, my car has pioneer front and rear speakers and are all hooked up to my 4 channel amplifier. I am planning on adding a 12 inch mtx jackhammer subwoofer to my audio set up. I am aware about replacing my power cable from the battery to a bigger cable maybe a 4 AWG and just using a power distributor block to split the power between the two amps. I am clear about what I need to do, but a little confused on how to wire the additional sub to my deck. Can anyone help me out?

If your deck has another set of RCA's then you will just have to run another sub to the sub out... If it doesn't, then you will either have to use the rear RCAs and split them with a Y-splitter, or it may be more benficial to get a better deck that does have the 3 sets of RCAs (High, low, sub)... As for the amp turn on, just run it from the existing amp turn on that is connected to your 4 channel... Basically piggy back it...
