As to your first question-if He created us all the same, wonderful and perfect, we wouldn't NEED a savior. At the beginning of time we were without sin, but we fell from grace. He sent Jesus, perfect and whole, to save us from an eternity of damnation. I'm not sure i understand your other question entirely.
