Okay, so ive had the bbc 8310 for about 2 months and i have had no problem with my media card until now. i have a sandisk 4g.
I had so much stuff stored on it, and i removed it to put into my moms phone which used to be mine, to get my old pictures back, which i have done before with another phone. I put the card back in and everything was gone. when i connected it to my computer, i had all the files i was missing, so i saved them. but now, when i go to re-format the card on the device, so i can store everything again, it wont work. it keeps saying it failed.
i dont understand why. i have read so many other forums and i have yet to find an answer. this is my first problem with this phone.
if anyone has any information or advice, please let me know.
** i dont understand all the fancy computer lingo haha. so i basically need an answer "for dummies" if you catch my drift. haha
