i am 18 years old
my account was made with either my b-day or my grandfathers
i have all settings to allow m rated things
yet every time i go to download something it says i can't due to ratings
[if you say something stupid i will delete your comment
i am indeed 18 it is set to 18 or higher]
so my question is:
any ideas on what to do?
