would you buy a suzuki 2002 with 2005 parts for 4500?

the bike has a salvage title because it was completly remade over from a wreck. it has custom paint job and hand grips.

No..I wouldn't. I owned a salvage title (due to fire)truck that was great, but a motorcycle that has been wrecked - I wouldn't buy. You should be able to find a non-salvage 05 for that much if you just do some research. Too much $ even if the paintjob is cool..
