I downloaded a torrent for window vista home premium from the following link

and it came as an iso file, so i extracted it and there are many folders and what not.
I got daemon and nero, but I dont know how to actually make a bootable installation disk with these.
What do i do? do i burn the whole iso file? I tried that but it again asked me for a bootable image, which i have no idea on. help me out and write out understandable steps please??
PS: i dont need little kitties jumping and yapping around saying it's illegal/bad and what not.
