Will the cold weather damage my Nintendo DS?

My father brought me back to school last week (I don't have my own car), and for some reason, I forgot my Nintendo DS in his car. I live in PA, so we get cold temperatures and snowstorms here sometimes. I have my DS in a case, which is inside a drawstring bag still sitting in his car. Will it or any of my games/chargers get damaged or broken from the cold weather? He works a half hour away from my college so he can bring it back to me (I also left my xbox headset in there lol). I just don't want to have to pay a lot of money for a replacement system, so will the cold weather damage it? Thanks in advance.
