This guy goes to the same school as me. He has never spoken to me before, but during class, he was standing behind me around 4 meters away from me taking videos of me using his phone. When i turned round and saw him doing this he quickly put his phone away and left. He also sometimes walks into class and randomly stares at me and then walks back out, . He also looks at me from behind classroom door. What's his problem?
