I have pinnacle studio 16 plus. I am attempting to export (burn) my movies to a DVD. My computer has a built in DVD burner, but after contacting pinnacle support, I found that the firmware was not compatible with studio 16, so I went out and bought a DVD/Blu-ray burner from Best Buy, but once again it says "no device connected" pinnacle support told me to "Check Google if the problem persists" then closed my case. Can anybody please tell me how I can get Pinnacle 16 to see that there is a damn dvd burner hooked up?!
