Whenever I start my laptop up, it goes to a dark blue screen with a small white dash in the top corner. Usually whenever this happens it fades away after a while, but now my laptop freezes like that every time I start it up. No mouse pointer, no keyboard reponse, nothing. It either does that or goes to a TOSHIBA screen where it says to press f2 or f12 for the various funtions, and when I tried doing that, it didn't work either and the screen either stayed like that or eventually went back to the original dark blue one. I'm very worried because I have never encountered or heard of this before.... HELP PLEASE?
