WHY NOT INDIAN PEOPLE HAVE A GOOD NUMBER IN HOLLYWOOD?

i wanna know why don't NRI's are in hollywood movie in good number or why don't they play lead roles
why not a single indian is there in disney channel Original serials
and if they are why they are not famous like miley cyrus
i know only few like jay sean ,frieda pinto,dev patel
but my question is why ? they are not in hollywood or any other famous show
i heard that every fifth person is an indian in usa
plz write whatever you feel

but they can have roles like teen stars like they can have camp rock kinda roles etc
