I have a DVD with about 24 video files. I could watch the first 4 videos normally, but when I came for the fifth, it started taking too long to open (over 5 minutes) and when it was almost loaded, Windows Explorer was not responding.
I have scanned the laptop for viruses and spyware, and also tried restarting. I have Windows 7 installed. Any help?

already checked the disc...it is clean and does not appear to have any scratches on it. I also tried to reopen the files i knew were working but same problem
