Why is it okay that sites post some celebs nude when they are underage...

...(ex. keira knightley age 16 -The Hole)? The reason I ask is that I dont mind (like others I am sure) looking at nude celebs. However I have ask if I am a bit off if I like some nudes that happen to be of underage celebs.
Again, its not that I want to look at underage girls...I was at a site for nudecelebrities and found that the actress was 16 in the film The Hole when she shows her breast....how can that be legal? at least in the US.
Also, I did not post anything. This is a major movie, very popular and there is an underage actress showing her breast. The same goes for American Beauty when Thora Birch was 17....how can the film industry show nudity of underage actresses? Not to mention they are now posted by major websites...

I wouldn't recommend looking at under age girls even if they are attractive. It is very very illegal to post nude pic of anyone under the age of 18.

16 is not underage in the UK. Knightly is British. Could be the reason?

Underage nudity is not in and of itself illegal. Child pornography laws prohibit the depiction of a minor in a sexually explicit way. Showing a breast is not per se sexually explicit. If it's legal for the film to show it, it's legal for websites to show stills of it (though actually they're violating copyright law, but that's another issue...).
