my Symbian phone? I use Nokia E7. Whenever I try to use Microsoft apps on my phone (Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Lync or Microsoft SharePoint), I get an error message and am asked to provide my domain, user name and an optional server address. I'm not sure what to do. I found a possible solution on the Nokia website at the following link;

but its too technical for me to understand. If this is indeed the solution, can someone please walk me through the steps I need to take to solve the problem?
