Why does my boyfriend and I argue so much?

We argue everyday, usually about dumb shit .. We try not to argue :/ most of the time we apologize a few mins after or act like it didn't happen .. Why does this happen ):
We are both verrryyy stubborn and too much alike .

You're human. I'm the same with my girlfriend but i changed. My girlfriend and i are both REALLY stubborn, so neither of us would give in in an argument, but iv'e changed. Everytime we begin to argue i just tell her babe, i give up, you win, it's not worth arguing for. And she says something like gnawwww babee i'm sorry i love you too
