Why do people now vent their frustration and rant at big businesses, tv shows,

musicians, etc on Facebook? I see all these BS posts that friends have liked. Someone writing to a store to tell them about an incident that happened, or to a musician to tell them what they think about them, or a complaint to a TV show. This seems to be only a new thing.
