Why do I feel upset when I see my brother and nephew?

When I see my brother and nephew together, I feel an overwhelming sadness.

I honestly don't know why because they are so happy together - so it's not as if I've got anything to be sad about.

For example, earlier ( I'm at my brothers house - I stay with him on the weekends ) he was just holding his son messing about and laughing and that and watching them made me feel like crying :S

the obvious reason would be because you don't have that kind of love and happiness in your life... but i don't know the exact situation so cant say for sure.
