Why did my Skyrim turned Blue?

Hi I've been playing skyrim on my windows 7 pc but I've decided to copy-paste it on my windows 8 laptop but after launching the game the screen turns blue like the logo turns blue and some part of the screen turns blue but I managed to click new game button and and clicked yes but nothing happens it just dissappeared and nothing but the blueness of the screen.
