Why can't I set these mp3 ringtones as my ringtone? (LG neon 2)?

My current ringtone is an MP3 file....i have a micro SD card and it's been in there since my last LG phone (Vu)

I just put a few mp3s and one that is only 10seconds long is the one i want to use as the ringtone but it wont give me the "Set As" option...
I used a ringtone maker site to make the ringtone...then downloaded it and put onto my SD card...
Phone does support mp3 as ringtone...my current ringtone is an mp3 i made and put on it...

i think u should go to settings..then into sound or ringtone settings...then select the ringtone what u want...
if this doesnt work then u may have to use some convertor to convert it to the ringtones format of ur phone!!!
