Nov 14, 2011 #2 C classicsat Member Dec 16, 2008 304 0 16 Probably some generic Chinese Job maufacturer who churns these out for any company wanting to buy a lot. In my opinion, they are spiritually comparable to an older Windows XP PC, or even 98, while new PCs do a lot more with Win7.
