Go for samsung galaxy undoubtedly.
Better battery, better processor, better bluetooth, better os as compared to streak.
Streak has 5 inch display but only 1530mah battery while I9001 has 4 inch display with 1650mah battery and also streak doesnt have radio. So my suggestion - go for galaxy.
